The Conifers provide a range of care home services
Our range of care home services and nursing facilities depends on the needs of the resident. From 24 hour care to around the clock nursing for residents with more urgent needs.
Home cooked meals, which are said to be delicious, are supplied by our in-house chef and catering staff. There is a lovely garden area with which to take the air and two lounges for residents to watch TV, read or converse with each other. Our in-house laundry ensures the availability of fresh bed linen and resident’s clothes are maintained also.
Our staff also receive regular training and education to ensure that our skills and knowledge are up to date, enabling us to provide the best possible care home services in all circumstances for your loved one.

My wife’s Grandmother who is 99 is being very well looked after in this comfortable and well kept building in a quiet situation in Wombwell. There is a pleasant outside area for residents to use which overlooks a small field near to the old canal.
The food is well prepared and the dining area is linked to the lounge so visitors can easily go to talk alone with their loved ones out of the way from the tv area.
The staff are very helpful and certainly know how to make the residents and visitors welcome
